Delivery area Vettail currently delivers across Delhi NCR only. We're working on expanding to more cities soon.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Items already in our stock typically ship the same or next business day. Items sourced through our partner vet clinics may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated by email or SMS if your order needs extra time.

Delivery time Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days across Delhi NCR.

Shipping charges Free delivery on orders over ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order ships, along with tracking details where available.

Delays While we aim to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or sourcing timelines for vet-ordered items. We'll always communicate proactively if your order is delayed.
